Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness and the music of Tibetan and quartz singing bowls and chimes. Slow down and connect with your breath and prepare your body to receive the transformational benefits of sound. The singing bowls and chimes will help students achieve a deeper state of relaxation and aid in reducing stress and restoring energy flow.
40 mins of yoga, 20 mins of sound. All levels welcome.
This class will take place virtually. Registration is required. Registrants will receive the event link by email prior to the event. Make sure you have Zoom installed and set up to participate.
