An ancient Chinese moving meditation, Tai Chi focuses the body and mind using slow, deliberate movements. Practicing with an expert teacher in the serenity of the gardens can help reduce stress while improving balance and strength. All levels welcome.

Dr. Chelsea Xu received her M.D. in China in 1983 and has been practicing Qigong and Tai chi for over 30 years. She has been a faculty at Academy of Oriental Medicine (AOMA) since 2003 where she teaches both practices.
