Austin Museum Day

As part of the annual citywide Austin Museum Day, the Wildflower Center will offer free admission on Sept. 20. Here are some ways to join in and explore the Botanic Garden of Texas (that’s us!) from wherever you are:
- Take our self-guided audio tour in person, or listen from home
- Come to the Center to walk the trails and see our late-summer blooms in the gardens
- Visit our McDermott Learning Center to see a temporary exhibit by artist-in-residence Merideth Hillbrand, “Some Fields the Track Runs Through”
- Participate in Hillbrand’s artist talk and guided poetry exercise in a free one hour virtual event.
