Stephanie Del Toro is the director of development of the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center at the University of Texas at Austin. She joined the leadership team in 2024 and was previously the Assistant Director of Development, working with individuals, family foundations, corporate giving and planned gifts.

Before joining the Wildflower Center, Stephanie was the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility for The Doe Fund in NYC. Stephanie holds a Master of Science for Teachers (MST) from Pace University in New York City. She is currently studying as a Capital Area Master Naturalist and is the co-land steward for the Bruning Green triangle park in her North Loop neighborhood.
