An event every week that begins at 7:30 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 15, 2022
Adults of all ages and fitness levels are invited to sweat, move and feel good during this 3-week weight loss and behavior change program. Workouts are led by experts from the Fitness Institute of Texas and incorporate both cardiovascular and resistance training.
Classes will be held outdoors in our Robb Family Pavilion. Attend a single class for $10 or the full series for $55.
