Are you the do-it-yourself type when it comes to gardening? With the vast amount of information available these days it can be hard to pinpoint the best techniques when it comes to caring for native Texas plants. Thankfully, after over 10 years of research and hands-on experience Colleen Dieter is excited to introduce the perfect guide to Texas plants, “Let’s Care for Texas Plants”. This self-published zine includes three volumes, each packed with detailed guides, care instructions and solutions for problem solving in the garden. Covering topics from soil and grasses to trees and succulents, this zine has it all and more!

Join expert gardener and DIYer in this three-part series as Colleen guides you through each volume of her zine. Complete with detailed techniques and demonstrations in the garden you too will learn how to care for a garden thriving year-round. Register today for the inside scoop and your best native plant garden yet!

Both new and seasoned gardeners of all ages are welcome.

This class will take place in person at the Wildflower Center. Space is limited and registration is required. Face masks are optional. Please review our Safety Guidelines before your visit.
