Nature Nights: Caves & Fossils Copy

Join us after hours for a FREE event the whole family can enjoy. Nature Nights is happening Thursday, June 6. That’s National Caves & Karst Day, so we’re celebrating accordingly! Guests are invited to:

• Explore one of the Wildflower Center’s caves! Please note: Cave tours are limited and given on a first come, first served basis. Sign-up for cave tours begins at 5:45 p.m. Participants must be 5 years of age or older. Closed toed shoes are required. We’ll provide the caving gear. Be sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting muddy!
• Learn about sinkholes on one of our walk-and-talks! They start at 6:45 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. in the Courtyard. Please note: The 7:45 p.m. walk-and-talk will feature a sign language interpreter.
• Scale CaveSim’s climbing tower and/or check out their mobile cave. 
• Meet representatives from, UT Grotto, visit with a paleontologist from the Jackson School of Geoscience, grab a bite in the Café, check 10 animatronic dinosaurs, and more!

Note: Admission is free from 5 to 9 p.m. Activities start at 6 p.m. No reservations required!
