Well, this is sweet: Local, legendary creamery Amy‘s Ice Creams has created two flavors inspired by the Wildflower Center! They’ll be on rotation throughout the month, but you can order a scoop of each (while supplies last) on June 11 at any of Amy‘s Austin and San Antonio locations. About the flavors:

Sweet & Spicy Locals: Amy‘s classic Sweet Cream gets turned up a notch by chile pequin-infused honey.

Claudia’s Curious Cactus: The main ingredient of this non-dairy sorbet (named after Mrs. Johnson) is prickly pear juice.
