Learn how to use native plants to support robust ecosystems and provide habitats for birds, butterflies, bees and more in your garden. In this four-part series, discover how ground cover, water features and lighting affect livability for wildlife.
This is a three-part series which will take place on Sundays, July 9 – 23, 2 – 4:30 p.m. via Zoom.
All levels of gardeners welcome. No prior experience necessary.
This class will take place online via Zoom. Registrants will receive an email with the link for the Zoom meeting prior to the event. Make sure you have Zoom installed and set up to participate.

Ryan Fleming
Instructor
Ryan Fleming is an ecological landscape designer and consultant who has been working with native plants for over thirty years. Ryan specializes in native plant designs focused on wildlife habitats including pollinators, birds and other native wildlife. A passionate teacher, with a strong educational background in biology with a concentration on native wildlife and ecology, Ryan volunteers with local environmental entities, and has served as a member of the City of Austin Urban Forestry Board for 8 years.
