A low, much-branched shrub, 6-18 in. tall, with very fragrant, dark-green foliage. The leaves are linear, giving the plant the appearance of a semi-prostrate juniper. Pink flowers occur singly or in few-flowered clusters from several of the upper axils. The two-lipped flower is spotted within.
