Native Plants
As a service to the public, the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center collects information on native plant societies, conservation groups, governmental agencies, botanical gardens, arboreta, and other plant-related organizations throughout North America. Native Plant Focus: The Native Seed Network conducts research on plant genetics and appropriate seed zones. NSN works with collectors, growers, and buyers of native seed.

Description: The Native Seed Network is dedicated to improving the supply and management of native plant materials. Our goal is for genetically appropriate native seed to be available and affordable for restoration and rehabilitation projects. NSN hosts an online marketplace where native seed is bought and sold.
