Description: Barton Springs Nursery is a locally-owned nursery that offers one of the best selections of native plants in Central Texas. The majority of our plants, many from seed collected in the Austin area, are grown right here in the nursery, where they become adapted to our soil, water, and climate. If you are looking for something different to make your garden unique, we also propagate and cultivate unusual plants you will find in few other nurseries. Our nursery is located on a former ranch and stable grounds and has display beds throughout so you can see what your plants will look like in years to come. While you are here, take the time to talk with our extremely knowledgeable staff and browse our large selection of antique roses, palms, and banana trees.
