Description: We design and install habitat restorations and consult with landowners, ranchers, developers, parks departments, municipalities, landscape architects, designers, planners, and civil engineers. We conduct educational and outreach projects, and create interpretive materials and signage. We design and build attractive, stable landscapes according to the principles of habitat restoration. All plants we use are native to Central Texas (although on occasion plants from other parts of the state are appropriate) and whenever possible are of local genotype. We create nature trails, ornamental ponds, rock work and other hardscapes. Our projects include residential, commercial and civic properties.We have been designing and installing habitat restorations and native residential landscapes for over 30 years.
Credentials: ESC is a founding member of the Society of Ecological Restoration (Texas Chapter).
