Abstract
Compares the photosynthetic responses of forest understory herbs to sunfleck events. Early spring herbs showed characteristics of full-sun plants with a higher light compensation point. Summer herbs, including Arisaema triphyllum, had a lower light compensation point, but the loss of photosynthetic induction varied among the species.Suggested Citation
