AbstractEvaluates the interaction between disturbance and nutrients on the growth of Tridens flavus in an old field community in Illinois. Experimental treatments included combinations of fertilizer and mowing treatments over 8 years. Disturbances such as mowing and fertilization may be important in maintaining Tridens flavus in old fields.
