Abstract
A method for rapidly determining tribenuron-methyl resistance in Papaver rhoeas seeds is presented. Seeds were germinated on 1.3% agar medium with 2 g KNO3/L under light. When seeds were grown with 0.24 muM tribenuron-methyl, susceptible plants became chlorotic after the cotyledon stage while resistant plants continued growing.Suggested Citation
