Abstract
Researches the distinctiveness of Helenium virginicum from H. autumnale by growing plants from multiple populations in common garden experiments. Populations were selecting after researching herbarium specimens. Northern populations were clearly distinguishable between the species but the relationship between H. virginicum and a Missouri population of H. autumnale require further research.Suggested Citation
