Abstract
Investigates the effects of stratification, light, and temperature regime on the germination of three species of Solidago. One of the species, Solidago altissima, is sometimes considered a synonym of S. canadensis. Stratification increased the percentage and rate of germination and decreased the time to the onset of germination in all three species. Germination in darkness varied among the species.Suggested Citation
