Abstract

Researches the effects of high temperature, pH, and salt stresses on the variability of Rhizobium strains growing with nitrogen fixing trees, including Acacia farnesiana. All rhizobium strains tolerated salt concentrations of up to 5.0%. Rhizobium strains isolated from Acacia farnesiana were adapted to grow in soils with a pH of 12.
