Abstract
Summarizes a new method to evaluate the seed vigor of Tridens flavus. The method uses high resolution confocal images of the seed embryo in dormant and non-dormant caryopses (grains). Differences in the radicle and axis sizes between dormant and non-dormant seeds may be useful criteria for establishing seed vigor.Suggested Citation
