Habitat: Adventitious in disturbed, alkaline soil. Few, scattered.

Description: Erect, single stalk (to 60 cm), annual/biennial, much branched, near glabrous. Infructances dense, elongated, corolla not present. Pedicels to 5 mm long, spreading, often to near horizontal. Silicles about 3 mm long x 2.5 mm wide, compressed, narrowly winged distally. Notch broad & shallow. Seed obovoid, narrowly winged, 1 x 2 mm. Cotyledons oblique.
