Habitat: Adventitious in disturbed soil; half-day sun; nominal moisture, scarce.

Description: Pubescent winter annual, clamboring & climbing by tendrils; much branched to 5 cm long. Leaves alternate, once parapinnately compound, 7 cm long (plus apical tendril). Leaflet-12 or more, oblong to elliptic, 7 x 18 mm, emarginate. Stipules unequal. Peduncles axillary, to 7 cm in fruit. Flowers-2+, pale-lavender; sepals lanceolate, villous. Fruit a flat legume, 5 x 20 mm, oblique both ends. Seed: about 6.
