Habitat: Caliche slope; full sun; among Quercus, Ulmus & Diospyros.
Description: Spreading crown of 7 m tree. Branches gray/corky, glabrous. Leaves petiolate (6+ mm), opposite, elliptic-lanceolate, acute to acuminate at apex, rounded at oblique base, to 2.5 x 5 cm; pale gray-green both surfaces; lower w/coarse pubescence mostly on veins. Fruit a globose drupe, 4+ mm dia, w/single stone, on 6 mm peduncle.
