Location: NW corner of intersection of Austin Hwy & Ira Lee Rd, at Salado Creek, San Antonio.
Latitude: 0.000000

Habitat: NW facing, well drained, caliche slope. Nearly full sun. Many, in several colonies.

Description: Reclining annual; slender taproot. Stem & leaf margins/lower midribs retorsely hispid. Leaves in whorls of 6-8, linear-oblanceolate, 2-7 cm long, bristle tipped. Peduncles axillary, 1-3 flowered (not present). Fruit a bristly, globular twin.
