Description: Loosely tufted, diffuse annual. Culms-many, 15-50 cm long, spreading, some geniculate, Sheaths folded. Blades 2-5 mm broad, flat. Panicles ascending/nodding, 5-40 m long with numerous, pedicellary branchlets (1-5 mm long), appressed.
