Shot: An inflorescence at anthesis. Photographer's note: "Ohio buckeye is not a common tree in Georgia and appears to be mostly restricted to northwest Georgia. Since the traditional form is a tree, blooms are normally produced up high and out of reach. I was lucky to find one that was bent over by a fallen tree."
