Description:
Perennial, caudex lacking, cespitose. Stems ascending & spreading; branching soon. Leaves linear, to 2 mm broad x 4 cm long. Scapes to 25 cm long; phyllaries 4.5 mm long. Rays-12+, yellow-orange.
