Sunny, well drained, SE facing, caliche slope. Among Poaceae & other herbs. Few, scattered.
Description:
Erect, 50 cm tall, annual. Stalk single from stout taproot, branching (ascending) above, terete, striate. Leaves throughout, mostly tri-pinnasect; those above opposite. Ligules-8, golden-yellow. Disk florets brown, deeply and unenvenly lobed. Outer phyllaries more than 1/2 length of the inner.
