Habitat: Full sun; level, loamy soil; nominal moisture. Among various Poaceae.

Description: Erect, branching annual to 1 m tall. Stems simple below, branched above. Basal leaves lyrlyrate, long petiolate; upper leaves not incised but still long petiolate. Corolla pale lavender, 6 mm dia. Fruit a flattened, erect siliqui, 5-7 cm.
