Habitat: In heavy, taller brush. Nominal moisture; deep, alkaline, alluvial soil.

Description: Sprawling shrub, 4 m wide x 2 m tall. Quite thorny in axils of mature leaves. Leaves alternate obovate, short petiolate; w/moderate, persistent, whitish pubesence on lower surface. Flower/fruit not present.
