Description: Our specialty is providing native seed harvesters to encourage the use of local source seed in restoration & landscaping. Our native seed harvesters are in use worldwide harvesting over 200 species of grassland, wetland, alpine & coastal species. They are low-impact but highly efficient harvesters that allow the collection of large amounts of local seed, while ensuring the protection of the areas being harvested.
Credentials: Master's in Natural Resource Management, many local and national awards for our work in prairie restoration. Publications: Restoring Canada's Native Prairies and the Tallgrass Restoration Manual (chapter on site preparation for restoration)
