Description: KMS designs projects for public agencies, private clients and residential clients throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. KMS provides services to Boroughs, and Townships located in Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, Mifflin and Carbon Counties in Pennsylvania and communities in New Jersey, Delaware. The firm has extensive experience with all types of residential and commercial developments and park and recreation projects. KMS is an award winning firm, having expertise in dealing with wetland preservation, creation and mitigation issues and difficult park planning issues. KMS is recognized for providing creative solutions while minimizing adverse impacts. It is our goal to honor natural site systems and make the designs fit the site, rather than re-engineer the site to fit the design.
