Associate Program

Belong to Wildflower Center Associate Program

Description: We have over twenty years experience designing, consulting, installing, maintaining and developing a variety of small to extensive ornamental landscapes using a combination of native and introduced species. We pride ourselves on having more hands-on knowledge of plants and how they grow in situ than your average nurseryman or designer, because we have grown, planted and maintained such a variety of specimens for such a long time, both in the U.S. and in the U.K. We are also knowledgeable about the medicinal values of many of the plants we design with, especially the native species, which adds to the value and purpose of the landscape. We specialize in local native wildflowers, perennials and shrubs. We primarily do garden and landscape consulting, design, installation and development, but also run a small private nursery of seedlings and both field and container-grown plants. We also collect limited quantities of certain seeds. Some species we grow are very hard to find.

Credentials: Certificate in Ecological Landscape Design from the Institute of Ecosystems Studies; certificate in Wetland Delineation from New Jersey School of Conservation;certificate in Medicinal Herbalism.
