Samantha joined the Wildflower Center in January of 2005. She is responsible for the installation and care of the plants in the Luci and Ian Family Garden. She also coordinates and schedules activities of all horticulture volunteers and interns.
Prior to joining the Wildflower Center, Samantha had 10 years of experience in horticulture, including working for community gardens, retail garden centers, Oregon State University, the Chicago Botanic Garden, and the Williamson County & Cities Health District. She received her bachelor’s in horticulture from Oregon State University.
