Distribution
USA: AK , CA , OR , WANative Habitat: Coniferous forests, parasitic on a broad range of hosts. Principal hosts include Abies amabilis, A. lasiocarpa, A. procera, Pinus contorta, Tsuga heterophylla and T. mertensiana. Secondary to rare hosts include several fir, spruce, pine and hemlock species.
