Abstract
Examined the effects of season of prescribed fire on flowering of Muhlenbergia capillaris and Schizachyrium rhizomatum in wet prairies of south Florida. Flowering was promoted by early growing season fire, which corresponds to historical patterns of lightning-ignited fire in south Florida.Suggested Citation
