Abstract

Researches the level of genetic diversity and relatedness among cultivars of Stokesia laevis (stokes aster) and Rudbeckia fulgida using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) primers. Most cultivars of Stokesia laevis are closely related, except "Omega Skyrocket", which had lower similarity indices from the other cultivars.
