Abstract
Investigates the germination ecology of Bidens laevis. Eight weeks of cold stratification were required to break dormancy. Darkness and complete inundation prevented germination. Increasing burial depth decreased germination. Storing seeds for four months at 20, 50, and 100% relative humidity did not decrease germination; however storing seeds at 0% relative humidity resulted in decreased germination.Suggested Citation
