Abstract
Describes the effects of cold storage and gibberellic acid on the growth and flowering of Liatris spicata. Cold storage of L. spicata corms grown in summer induced dormancy but treatment with gibberellic acid restored sprouting and flowering. Cold storage of corms up to 75 days increased the number of flowering stems per corm.Suggested Citation
