Abstract
Describes micropropagation methods for Liatris spicata. Cotyledons were cultured in media containing differing levels of benzyladenine or thidiazuron. Adventitious shoots rooted successfully when placed in Murashige and Skoog medium with 5.0 mu indole-3-butyric acid (IBA).Suggested Citation
