The Wildflower Center offers abundant opportunities to learn about Texas native plants, gardening, nature art, photography, writing and more. We offer our very popular Native Plant Gardening Certificate through UT Informal Classes.

Classes generally happen during spring and fall, with other programs occurring throughout the year.

Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center is excited to announce a partnership with The Contemporary Austin Art School! Drawing and watercolor classes will be taught in our McDermott Learning Center, a beautifully restored 19th-century carriage house nestled in the gardens. All levels are welcome.
