Habitat: Full sun to partial shade in limestone derived soils, rocky and stoney.
Description: Numerous stems up to 1 m tall. Perennial, but dies back each winter. Flowers are purple and occur in axils of leaves, to 2.5 cm in dia, 5-lobed and symmetrical. Leaves are ovate to ovate-elliptical in shape, 2.5 x 5 cm.
