Location: North side of Canyon Lake, on Canyon Lake Island, on Lake Island Drive near Military Drive.

Habitat: Abundant near exposed rocks where there is little soil or other plants.

Description: Annual, 5-10 cm high. Leaves pale green, sessile. Flowers yellow, 3 mm dia; petals-6. Plant tends to form a mat 10-80 cm broad.
