Location: E side Southwell Rd., 300' N of Hollyhock Rd.
Latitude: 0.000000

Habitat: On banks of stock tank seepage, in full sun near willows. Area occasionally mowed. Abundant.

Description: Perennial shrub to 5' tall. Flowers yellow, to 1-1/2" dia., petals four, buds square, sepals persist atop cylindrical capsules. Stems reddish.
