Latitude: 0.000000

Habitat: Level, alkaline, clay soil. Nominal moisture. Half-day sun.In opening of mixed forest of Celtis, Ulmus & Prosopis.

Description: Erect perennial, 4-10 dm tall, from a very deep taproot, canescent throughout. Leaves petiolate, oblong to oblong-lanceolate, entire to sinuate-repand, short peduncled, few flowered cymes w/violet corolla about 2 cm dia. Fruit a globose berry 15-20 mm dia; yellow, eventually black.
