Marcus, Joseph A.

Joe Marcus is a former staff member at the Wildflower Center where he managed the Native Plants of North America for a number of years. Now retired, he still enjoys working with plant information and native plant images.

Joe’s interest in wildflower photography began in childhood when his father taught him photography basics with his 35mm film camera. His first photographic subjects were flowers his family was displaying at a camellia show.
