Shot: A plant with an emerging fertile frond. Photographer's note: "Winter grapefern is not overly common anywhere but can be locally abundant. It is very rare in the Georgia Piedmont Provence. Plants could possibly be more common but overlooked. They are often very small and live in thicker vegetation. The only reason I located these was because I was looking for another tiny plant species."
