Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness and the music of Tibetan and quartz singing bowls and chimes. Slow down and connect with your breath and prepare your body to receive the transformational benefits of sound. The singing bowls and chimes will help students achieve a deeper state of relaxation and aid in reducing stress and restoring energy flow.
40 mins of yoga, 20 mins of sound. All levels welcome.
Second Sunday of each month, 9:15 – 10:15 a.m.*

This class takes place in person at the Wildflower Center. Space is limited and registration is required.
