Get in the flow with Yoga FIT this spring in this 12-week series run by the experts at the Fitness Institute of Texas. Yoga FIT offers an all-level well-rounded approach to stretching and yoga while enjoying the benefits of being outdoors in nature here at Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. Held outdoors in our Family Garden, these classes will incorporate both active stretching and passive supported yoga poses for the whole body to provide the perfect balance between getting fit and surrendering into a blissful repose. This class is open to all levels and provides modifications for those with injuries or limitations as well as challenges for those seeking to up-level their practice. Expect to breathe, move flow and experience a broad-spectrum of poses, with something new to discover each time
Registration includes:
- 1 in-person class a week at the Wildflower Center
- Option to access 36 previous recorded classes
More options to get fit this spring! Choose between one of two 12-week Yoga FIT series offered at the following days and times:
- Mondays, January 31 – May 2, 11 – 11:45 a.m. (SOLD OUT)
- Mondays, January 31 – May 2, 12 – 12:45 p.m.
- Wednesdays, February 2 – May 4, 8 – 8:45 a.m.
This class will take place in person at the Wildflower Center. Space is limited and registration through the University of Texas Fitness Institute of Texas is required. Face masks are optional at this time. Please review our safety guidelines before your visit.
