An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday, repeating until December 19, 2022
Yogis of all skill levels are invited to get in the flow during this 3-week mini-series, led by experts from the Fitness Institute of Texas. Classes incorporate both active and passive yoga poses to help you get fit and de-stress. Whether you’re nursing an injury or seeking a challenge, the instructor will help you modify your practice accordingly.
Classes will be held outdoors at Cecille’s Arch. Attend a single class for $10 or the full series for $35.
